[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] "Wanoanui, Friday. Judge Edwards this morning reversed the decision of Mr. Kenny, S.M., on the appeal of Fuber, licensee of the Rutland Hotel, who was convicted on a charge of allowing drunkenness on his premises. The Judge held that it was not permitting drunkenness to allow a drunken person to remain on licensed premises so as to let him recover, and stated that it was impossible to define drunkenness. Drink affected persons differently. Some were drunk in their heads, others in their legs. The appeal was allowed without costs.
