FATAL FALL FROM A TRAIN.
[by telegeaph.-*-press association.] , Dunemn, Friday. A man named Peter McCallum, a. resident of Oamaru, travelling by the midnight train, fell off the platform and had. his legs badly crushed. He was brought to the hospital, where lie died to-night. At the inquest the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attached to anyone. °
