Mr. Parr appeared for the plaintiff, instructed by Mr. Nicholson, and Mr. Edmund Mahony for the defendant, instructed by Mr. C. F. Griffiths. Plaintiff is a builder and defendant a plasterer, and the claim was in respect of work and labour done and extras supplied in connection with the erection of a dwelling in Clifton Road, Ponsouby. and owned bv defendant. The defence was that the contract was not carried out in a workmanlike manner, and that the extras were not as alleged, but formed part of the contract. His Worship reserved judgment.
