Assets Realisation Board (Mr. Hanna) and Jeanie Wallace (Mr. McGregor): Claim, order to execute memo, of transfer. DIVORCE CASES (WITHOUT A JURY). Josephine Alice Mooro (Mr. Palmer) v. Harry Rockhead Moore (no appearance): . Motion foi decree nisi. Mary Elizabeth Duvall (Messrs. Devor- and Cooper) v. Harry Whitakei Duvall (no appearance) : Motion for decree nisi. ' The usual monthly meeting of the Presbyterian Elders' Association was held in the Presbyterian schoolroom, Onehunga, when the Rev. Gray Dixon gave a very interesting and instructive address on "The Mission, of the Presbyterian Church." He maintained it was the original Church of the Reformation. He gave the numbers of Presbyterians all over the world, and showed the high position it occupied. It should be called the Church of the Martyrs, as thousands had laid down then lives for the Presbyterian Church, and he maintained that there was a grand future for it. There was . a large attendance. Refreshments were banded round by the ladies of the church, and a very enjoyable evening was spent. The proceedings closed with a vote of thanks tc the ladies and to the Ret. W. Gray Dixon.
