SUSPICIOUS DEATH OF A WOMAN.

AN ARREST MADE. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Cripr-TCJitjRCH. Thursday. A woman named May Violet Brown, about 27, wife of a wharf labourer at Lyttelton, died in the hospital last night under circumstances which led to the arrest of a young man named Charles Bowden, on the charge of having caused her death. Bowden was brought up at Lyttelton to-day, and remanded for eight days.
