VOLUNTEERING NEWS.
rUKEKOHE MOUNTED RIFLES. A good number of the troopers put in an appearance at the Protestant Hall on Saturday evening last, and put in two or three hours' dismounted drill under the first and second lieutenants. I understand a grand military ball in couneotion with this troop is to come off on the evening of December 4, in the Masonic Hall.[Own Correspondent.] ______ ■
