Brisbane, May 9. The Full Court has decided that the status of a New Zealand solicitor not complying with the Queensland rules will not entitle him to be admitted to practice in the Supreme Court here.

Adelaide, May 9, The Premief of Victoria has suggested the taking of the census on March 31 next year, so as to coincide with the English date, instead of April 28, as recommended by the Statists' Conference.
