AQUATICS.
COEOMANDEL REGATTA. [lit TELEGIUI'H.— CORRESPONDENT] Coromandel, Saturday. For the Coromandel Regatta the weather was beautifully find, to-day; in fact, too calm for successful sailing. The only race finished was the open boat race, in which the Kate Koys was first, Star second, and Cyolo third. Tho following Aucklnd yachts were in Coromandel harbour 'during the day:-Mahaki, Mizpah, Shamrock, Makamaile, Miharo, Waitangi, Undino, Maitangi, Kotiro, Rarero, Ida, Corona, Rainbow, Bona, Thetis, Fen, Haloyoni and several others. The s.s. Rotomahana was placed at the disposal of the club as flagship, and was well patronised by the general public.' \ MODEL YACHT RACES, [lit telegraph,— i-ress ASSOCIATION.] \ Dunkdin, Sunday. In tho intorprovincial model yacht races nine boats started in tho final heat, whioh resultod:—Brittenden's \ Huon Belle 1, PairBon's Eclipso 2, Findlay's Heather Bello 3. Dove (Lyttolton), Moto,, and Fearsi's beat represented Christohurch in the final.
