A COMPARISON WITH CUBA. London, October 18, Mr. Chamberlain, writing to the London correspondent of the New York Tribune, acknowledges America's recognition of the justice of Great Britain's policy in South Africa. Mr. Chamberlain says Britain's motives for interfering in the I Transvaal are, parallel with those which led America to interfere in Cuba, the main difference being that : Great Britain is chiefly championing Britishers deprived of their promised rights.
