By Telegraph.— Association.-Copyright NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS. Sydney, September 6. A caucus of the labour party decided by 10 votes to eight to vote against the Government. The defection in the laboui party will probably carry a number of other uncertainties, so that the Government may be defeated by anything up to 40 votes. The Speaker has decided to allow an amendment deferring the Neild incident until after the disposal of the censure motion. Ministerial optimists affect to believe that the labour party will hold another conference and reverse their decision. Mr. Barton strongly denounced the Government as guilty of tortuousncss and shiftiness during its career, the Premier's attitude towards Federation being a notable linstance. He condemned the payment to Mr. Neild. Mr. Rcid trenchantly replied.
STUD SHEEP FOR TASMANIA. ' Hobabt, September 6. The consignment of Shropshire stud sheep by the Ruahine, was not landed here owing to the steamer calling at the Cape. They will be carried to Lyttelton, where they will be reshipped.
