ANOTHER JURY DISAGREE. Wellington, Wednesday The second ,'trial of Richard Henry and J. H. Coogan in connection with the Ethel " l'inging-in" case was rosultloss, the jury, after several hours' retirement, being unable to agree. A fresh trial was fixed for Monday.
