LICENSING CASE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Masterton, Tuesday. In a case against the licensee of the Club Hotel, charged with exposing liquor for sale during prohibited hours, it was stated for the defence that four men alleged they were travellers, and the S.M. ordered the police to lay an information against them.
