STRANGE CONDUCT OP A TURKISH MINISTER. THE PORTE DISMAYED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Constantinople, May 9. Missak Effexdi, the Turkish Minister at the Hague, has fled to Pans, being indignant because he was not appointed the representative of Turkey at tho Peace Conference, his reason for the slight being that he was an Armenian. The Porte is dismayed at his action, fearing Missak will join the revolutionaries.
