M. DE FREYCINETS RESIGNATION. DISCUSSION IN THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, May 8. M. Krautz was chosen as Minister for War because he co-operated with M. de Frevcinot in his plans for the mobilisation of tho army. M. Monestier, the Minister for Works, favours a revision of the Dreyfus case. Paris, May 9. In the Chamber of Deputies M. Dupuy stated that M. de Freycinet's decision was solely due to the attitude of the Chamber. M. Joseph Lasies, the Nationalist member for Gere, alleged that M. de Freycinet and M. Delonsse were at variance over the testimony of M. Pnleologue, an official ot the Foreign Office before tho Court of Cassation. M. Dupuy denied this. A vote of confidence in the Government was earned by a large majority.
