THE ALLEGED PRIM-FIGHT AT CHRISTCHURCH.
[BY TEMCRAPn.— ASSOCIATION.) Ciiristciiukch, Monday. At the Police Court this morning two principals (Otto Simpson and George Mitssen) in the alleged recent prize-fight, were fined £5, and costs. The charge was amended to that of common assault, to which both of the accused pleaded guilty. Of six other men charged with aiding and abetting the assault in connection with the alleged prize-' fight, three who were supposed to have acted as seconds, referee, and timekeeper, were each fined £2. The case against others was dismissed.
