The result will be found to be, we vent-tire to predict, eminently successful. Tills number will be uronounced to be the most unique and interesting production which journalistic enterprise has yet given to the New Zealand , public. The number will literally team with illustions. exeouted with the greatest artistic excellence and lovering a vast variety of sub--1 iects. The portraits it will contain will alone invest, it with an interest that no previous publication hns ever possessed, while its engravings and historical and industrial views will not only excite admiration and command attention, but will be found the most informing series of pictures ever presented to tlio public, and give the best idea to the country settlors and the outside world of the growth and magnitude of the various industries of this portion of New Zealand. Never before, indeed, have the enormous natural resources, and the great industrial enterprises associated with this northern portion of the colony been so fully or so interestingly described and portrayed as in this special Exhibition Number, which, in addition to its new and striking features, will be one of the largest and best illustrated productions ever issued in Australasia. Tlio Number, which will contain hundreds of beautiful illustrations, unexcelled for quality and tone, will be published with a handsome cover, and will be printed on special paper, with ink of the finest quality, and on one of the newest and most recently imported printing machines, the only one of its kind in the colony for producing fine art work of tile highest class. The Number will be ready next month, and as (lie demand for it is expected to be phenomenal, orders should be booked with the publishers without delay.
