The final rehearsal of " Les Cloches de Own*, ville" took placo last evening at tho Opera House, and everybody concerned showed -i remarkable degree of efficiency, Mr. ArchdaJo Tinder, the stage manager, having everything in readiness for the opening performance r„ morrow evening. The music and dialogue, the mystic and rustic dances were all gone throng with freshness and vivacity. The scenery and , esses were viewed together for the first t me, and it was interesting to note how carefully Mr Tlieo. Quereo had arranged the colouring of'hi. Wto suit Herr 7™nerinar s beautiful paintings- Mrs. Marriage (nee wire 5 who undertook the bulk of the costuming, has carried out Mr. Querees ideas,mw successfully.-'lt is generally considered thai tho production. will be an immense WOWS.
