THE FIRE AT THE THAMES.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Thames, Monday. Therm is little to add to the report of the fire which destroyed Mr. Alex. Campbell's residence in Karaka Road yesterday, beyond stating that amongst other things destroyed were £60 in notes. The house was insured for £200 in the Alliance Office and the furniture for £200 in the l'hcenix, but Mr. Campbell estimates his loss at £350 above those amounts.
