[BY TKLKOKAPH. —PKKSS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Friday, At the adjourned meeting of tho shareholders of the New Zealand Times Company the proceedings were stormy. The resolutions as to the sals of the paper were not confirmed, and the meeting adjourned sine die.
The Grand Lodge of Good Templarß is to be held atChristcnureh next year, Brothers Cameron and Thome have been re elected secretary and treasurer respectively. Robert Levett was to-day committed for trial on a charge of stealing £94 worth of jewellery from Wilkins and Field. He was intoxicated at tho time and took the goods back next morning.
