OBJECTIONS TO THE CITY COUNCIL VALUATIONS. The sitting of the City Assessment Court, presided over bv Mr. H. W. Brabant, S.M., was resumed yesterday, to hear objections to the City Council's valuations for rating purposes. Mr. P. A. Philips, Town Clerk, and Mr. W. Gulliver, valuer, represented the Council.
