ANTAUCTIC REGIONS.
PROPOSED EXPEDITION. Press Association.—Electric TclCßiaph.-Copj'rlght. London, April 12. The Times states that the Royal Geographical Society contemplates organising an expedition to the Antarctic regions, relying mainly on private aid for defraying the costs. The Society will ask Mr. Go3chen, First Lord of the Admiralty, to grant a subsidy in the event or the Admiralty being unable to spare men and officers or a ship for the expedition.
