THE RIGNOLD SEASON.

On Saturday evening, at the Opera House, there was a very large audience to see Mr. Geo, Rignold and his company play, for the last time during the present successful season, ''Tommy Atkins." To-night Cerrich'e thr«e-aob farcical comedy " Confusion," will be produced for the first time in New Zealand, and judging by the success it attained in Melbourne, where it ran for seven weeks, it ehould prove very popular. Mr. Rignold will play the part of Mr. Mumpleford. To express his gratification and pleasure at the success of the season, the occasion will be made a "souvenir night." Every individual paying for admission will receive a souvenir ranging in value from Is to £25, the chief present being an Onslow bicycle, supplied by the Auckland Cycle Cempany, and which has been on view in the window of Mr. W. H. Hazard, Queen-street. In the event of a Indy winning the'bicycle, an exchange will be made of one of lik« value and make suitable for her.
