CHARGE OF MURDER.
[by mlkqraph.-prkss association.] Napier, Thursday. The hearing of tho charge preferred against John Fitzgerald and George Wilson, of murdering James Mclntoau in Munro-streot, on March 20, commoncod in the Magistrate's Court this morning. Mr. Uottorill, Crown I'roseoutor, conducted tho prosecution, Mr. (Jreeawell appearing for Fitzgerald, and Mr. Lush for Wilson. The accused were committed for trial.
