THE BRUNNER COAL MINING CASE.

[BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Hokitika, Monday. At the coal mining case the evidence of Dunn, the underground manager, was concluded, and that of Professor Black occupied the rest of the day. This concluded the defendant's case, Mr. Gully intimating they would not call any more witnesses. The case is expected to conclude to-morrow night, and the judge and the Wellington bar have arranged for special conveyances for Wednesday morning to take them to Christchurch.
