MEETING OF RETAILERS.
[BY TELEOKAI'U.— PRESS ASSSOOIATION.] Donkdin, Monday. At a large and representative meeting of representatives of retailors in the city it was decided to form u Retailors Association, the objects being to confer upon and deal with matters affecting the interests of the retail trade. After adopting articles of association, and a code of rules, etc., ill was decided to make a strong protost to tho Government against the increased chargo for the telephone service,
