♦ [BY TFXEQRAPH.— press association.] Ddnrpin, Friday, The Committee of the Chamber of Commerce to-day decided to ask the Auckland Chamber to join in appointing a delegate to represent the Colony nt the conference of Chambers at Sydney. Letters were recoived from the Now Zealand Shipping Company and the Shaw, Savill, Company, intimating that they could nob see their way to modify their decision to coaso booking to Dunedin, while the Victoria Channel remained as at present, The letters were referred to the Harbour Board.
