THE CAPTAIN OF THE GOTHIC SUMMONED.
[by teleorapu.—press association.] Wellington, Thursday, Captain Kidlky, of tho steamer Gothic, who was injured recently while stepping from a train at Rakaia, in Canterbury, has been summoned for alighting while the train was in motion. The accused, who leaves for England to-morrow, asserts he was of opinion that the train had stopped, and leaves the matter in tho hands oi hie solicitor.
