Stinley, claim £5 IOs; ordered to pay the whole amoiiut forthwith, in default 14 days. A. Eiuly ami Co. (Mr. Burton) v. H. E. Crofts, claim f 1 16s 3d; ordered to pay the whole amount forthwith, in default seven days. A. P. Todd v. Thoa. Barrow, claim £6 13s 9d j ordered to pay the whole-amount forthwith, in default 14 days; provided the debtor pay 103"on the 25th iust., and 10s every sneceedinn Monday, till the whole debt be paid, the enforcement of the order will he suspended. A. Erickson (Mr. Hammond) v. F. Tilemau, claim £6 12s 9d : ordered to pay the whole amount forthwith, in default 14' days. J. W. Thompson v. H. Millneb.—Claim £2 10s 6d for work done. Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with 6s costs.
