THE ARDGOWAN ESTATE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRBSS ASSOCIATION.J Oasiarct, Thursday. The balloting for 64 sections in the Ardgowan Estate took place to-day, but only 31 wero got through. There are 1640 applications and the drawing will probably be concluded to-morrow. Of the successful applicants 14 are females, and only five successful applicants are from outside the Oamaru district.
