As stated in yesterday's Herald, an offer has been received to float the Maritana. property on the London market, The terms of the offer Are that a company be formed with a capital of £150,000 in £\ shares, local holders to receive partly paid-up shares and partly cash* and a working capital of at least £25,000 to be provided,
