NEW ALBURNIA.

THE LONDON FLOTATION. INSTALMENT OB CASH PAID. As will be seen in our cable columns, confirmation has been received, through ordinary news chaunels, of the registration of the New Albumin Company in London. Tho capital etated in the cablegram referred to is £100,000. This is evidently a mistake, as the terms) submitted and accepted, afterwards again confirmed by private cable, stated the capital of the company to be £'200,000. Ot this local shareholders get 60,000 shares fully paid up to £1 and £10,000 cash, equal, as already stated, after paying liabilities, commissions, etc., to a dividend of from 2s .'id to 2s Gil per share. Yesterday the sum of £1000 was paid by cable into the Bauk of New Zealand, in Auckland, to the credit of the New Albumin shareholders, making £'2000 paid on account of the purchase. Some misconception appears to have arisen as to this payment; it wiis not, a deposit for option, the £'2000 being first payment on account of the £10,000 cash to lie paid , to beat shareholders. As already announced, cablet; u advise that the whole of the capital iuts been provided; the allotment to the public takes place to-mor-row, the '22nd, in London. NORTH-HARBOUR VIEW-HARBOUR VIEW EXTENDED. A cablegram was received yesterday by Mr. J. H. Harrison stating that the Harbour View. Harbour View Extended, and the North mining properties, which had been jointly placed under oiler in London, could, subject to confirmation of reports bv Captain Argall, be successfully floated. The three mines adjoin each other at Coromiindel. The terms of flotation are that the vendors are to receive 50,000 fully paid-up shares and £2000 cash, and that a cash working capital of £lf>,ooo ami a reserve working capital of £15,0 iX) are to ho provided out of a total capital of £150,000.
