HE HOLDS RUSSIA RESPONSIBLE, Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.— Copyright* London, March 12. Mr. Gladstone in a letter to the press recommends the Government tc patronise the Armenian relief fund.
Mr. Gladstone expresses profound astonishment at Lob,mod and Nelidofl accepting honours from Turkey. He considers this, together with her went attitude on the Armenian question, makes Russia morally responsible for future outrages.
