ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Comstock Gold Mining Company was held yesterday at (he office of Me. McDonald, Scott, Mr, J, J. Dizop presided. PIREOTQRS' BBPORT. When I took charge In July last I commenced trenching for the Mon»wat lode, and after a considerable amount of work I succeeded in unearthing a reef. On opening it up I was cumin ed it was the Monowai, as ft possessed the same strike and underlie.. The lode was fully four feet .in thickness, and' contained ore of a kindly nature, but as the country was very broken I derided to put in a level about 800 feet south of the point of intersection on the surface, ' and ' have extended the level 130 feet through a solid class of country.
