[OV TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Dunkdin, Tuesday. A cablegram from Melbourne intimates that Mr. Fitzgerald, theeminenb Melbourne surgeon, who was President of the Intercolonial Congress, in 1889, is leaving by the Rotomahana, and will reach Dunodin before the opening of die Congress. Dr. O'Hara, another well-known surgeon, who is president of the surgery section, will be a passenger by the same steamer.
