Regarding the quarantined barqueLothair, Captain Cafranza has been allowed ashore on authority of the Colonial Secretary, bub neither of the shipping lines will permit him to travel by their steamers to Wellington. Three local doctors protested against permission being given, and the Government! has requested Drs. Boor and Gibbs to examine the passengers and crow.
