FOUND DROWNED.
(Blf TELRCHUFFJ.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
Wellington, Tuesday. W.m. CoNNELL, aged 60, was found drowned in the Orua river yesterday. He was last seen on Saturday night ab eleven o'clock, and was then going towards tho river.
Connell was all through the first Waikato war, and was present at tho siege of Orakau.
