THE SCHOONER JULIA. Sydfisv, September 27.—News from Noumea reports that the schooner Julia, which went ashore at the entrance to the harbour there early in the month, hits been floated. The Julia at the time of the accident was 011 a voyage from the Loyalty Islaudi to Noumea with a full cargo of copra.
