[BY TELEGRAPH.— rRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Friday. A3? the City Court, Frederick Marryatt, clerk of Customs, was charged with embezzlement, and was admitted to probation for six months, and ordered to pay £46 12s 8d and costs of the prosecution.
