WELLINGTON DRAINAGE.
[by telegraph.— association.] Wellington, Friday. So far, £8897 has been spent on behalf of the drainage scheme. There has been delay in drawing the plans for the main works, in consequence of the alterations in surveys with the view of saving money, and contracts are nob likely to be fob for three months yet.
