Till District Court, closed this afbernoen, after sitting since Thursday, in the action of O'Brien, a Roman Catholic schoolmaster, v. jWalshe, a parish priest, a claim for damages and three months' salary in lieu of notice. Judgment was given for fche plaintifffor £37 10s and costs. A day has been &xA bo apply for a re- hearing.
