MANAGER OF A GANG . ARRESTED. AN EXTRAORDINARY CONFESSION. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.— London, April 22. Farandi, a comrade of the man Polti (arrested with a bomb in his possession in Farringdon Road), has also been taken into custody, and a quantity of explosives were found on him. Farandi is alleged to be the financial manager of a gang of anarchists. London, April 23. Polti has made a full confession of his connection with the Anarchists, and states that Farandi directed everything, but kept in the background. He declared the latter granted pensions to Anarchists if wounded, and provided counsel for them if arrested.
