Severe earthquakes have been felt in various parts of Greece, and much damage was done at Volo, Lariessa, Thebes, AHantia, and Chalcis. Athens, April 22. The earthquakes resulted in serious lo?3 of life, and many villages were completely destroyed. Many of the villagers are camping in the fields. A warship has been despatched to Attlan* tia to relieve the distress.
