The Yorkshire Post gives particulars of the death ab Cairo of Mr. Roberb Skilbeck, of Crosland Hall, near Huddersfield, ab the age of 66. The body was embalmed, and sent to England for interment. Deceased was for many years a member of the Huddersfield Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Council since 1878. He assisted the movement for a Technical School, and subscribed handsomely. Deceased leaves one child, a daughter. ■ Mr. Harry Hutchinson, of Cambridge, Waikato, and Mr. C. T. Hutchinson, of Hobsonville, are nephews of deceased.
