ARMED BANDS MARCHING ON THE CAPITAL. THE LEGISLATURE THREATENED. AN ALARMING CRISIS. Presis Association.—Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. Washington, April 21. Bands of Coxey'a army have repeatedly seized trains, and threaten to damage the railways unless assistance is given them at Washington. Some of the bands oarry dynamite about with them. The towns on the line of route are organising food supplies and funds to accelerate the departure of the men for the capital. One band, which has already arrived, claims right to occupy the galleries in the Senate. Coxey declares that fifty thousand men will shortly arrive in Washington, and remain until the labour concessions are granted.
