The Kaiser, the Prince of Wales, and the Czarewitch were received by the people with great enthusiasm. Berlin, April 20. The marriage of the Grand Duke of Hesse and Princess Victoria of Coburg took place to-day, the ceremony being of a most brilliant oharaoter. Queen Victoria, who was present, was affected to tears. .
