COLONEL ERASER'S APPOINTMENT.
[BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] Thames, Thursday. The appointment of Colonel Fraser as Sergeant at-Arras of the House of Representatives has been well received here, and to-night he was entertained at a complimentary gathering by a number of his friends, at the Pacific Hotel. His Worship the Mayor (Mr. Thomas Radford) presided.
