CHARGE OF SUNDAY TRADING.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Ijijnedin, Thursday. At Palmerston to-day Major Keddel, S M.» gave judgment in the case in which Mrs. Bond, licensee of the Empire Hotel, was charged with Belling liquor on Sunday, In the information the word " liquor" only was used, and as that might mean lemonade, etc., it was oontended no offence was disclosed. His Worship held the description to be insufficient, and dismissed the information.
