EXPLOSION ON A GUNBOAT.

Five deserted warships are lying in the harbour, and the Argentine Government will hand them over to the Brazilian Ministry. Rio de Janeiro, April 17. The President will grant amnesty to the insurgents, excepting leaders of the revolt. An explosion occurred on the President's gunboat Cabidelk) when the vessel was off Belemand. Fifty of those on board were killed. Rio dk Janeiro, April 18.
Admiral de Mello, at the head of twelve hundred men, has surrendered in the Argentine Republic.
