[BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. It is not proposed to use forcible measures towards the Norwegian sealer. She will simply be warned nob to interfere with the seals, and, if she refuses, the vessol becomes liable to seizure, or a claim for compensation can bo made on the Swedish Government.
