Also, the sale of lot 26, section 4, Surrey Hills Estate, with 40 feet frontage to Surroy-street, and house of 7 rooms, to Mr. Herbert Scott, for £260. Also, the sale of 80 acres land, river frontage, unimproved, being lot 13, To Kopuru, for £100, to Mr. McCabe, on behalf of Mr. Wilson.
KAURI GUM MARKET. The following is the report of the gum market and ruling quotations, as furnished to us by the committee of gum merchants :— Ordinary £24 Good ordinary £30 East Coast £50 to £52 Parcels of superior ordinary command a higher price according to quality and degree of cleaning. Supplies from the Ist inst. to date, 351 tons. The market. still continues without activity.
